Yes. Every IslandTransfer price is per vehicle and all-inclusive — fuel, tolls and parking. We confirm it in writing before you book and it never changes on the day: no meter and no surge pricing.
My pickup or destination isn't in the tables — can you still take me?＋
Yes. These are just our most-booked routes. We drive point to point anywhere — pick-up and drop-off at any address in Phuket, and transfers on to anywhere in southern Thailand. Send us both locations and we reply with one fixed price.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?＋
Per vehicle, not per person — so a family of four pays the same as a solo traveller. Fuel, tolls, airport parking and a licensed local driver are all included.
Do I have to pay in advance?＋
No. Nothing is charged when you book and IslandTransfer never asks for card details — there is no online payment at all. You settle directly with your driver on the day you travel, in cash (Thai Baht) or by Thai bank transfer. No card, deposit or booking fee is needed to reserve.
